All teams must submit this registration form to compete in the Cape Lookout Shootout Tournament Series. Registration includes a secure, online payment system.

There is a 4% processing fee for all credit/debit card payments. Teams registering for both Divisions will be prompted to pay both fees. Mailed checks must be postmarked by deadlines below. Please DO NOT mail cash.
